Himi-shi house acquisition support subsidy grant system

 System purpose

  We issue subsidy in that extension and/or alteration of house where we acquire house to live in the city by oneself by March 31, 2016 from April 1, 2010 to support the house acquisition of young person living in the city and moved from the suburbs to, and to plan increase of domiciliation population or own by oneself and live in was performed.

 Requirements that are targeted for grant

 ・Subject requirements

  Put within one year from day when performed the acquisition of house, and live in the city, member of all households city tax
  We belong to household which we are not behind with, and one corresponding to any of the following can receive grant.
   (1) After getting married with under 40 years old resident in the city; one within five years
   (2) After living in the suburbs just before transference more than one year, and moving into; one within one year

 ・House requirements

  It is necessary for house which did the acquisition to correspond to any of the following.

   (1) When we build house and make the purchase (including used goods)

      ・Share of proprietary rights of house more than 1/2

   (2) When we perform extension and/or alteration of house

      ・Share of proprietary rights of house more than 1/2
      ・Floor space of part which performed extension and/or alteration more than 1/2 of floor space of whole building after extension and/or alteration
  ※But when we acquire combination house (two kinds of uses of building thing consisting of the above),
   Above that floor space of residence part is more than in 1/2 of floor space of whole building in addition to requirements

 ・Residential land requirements

  When we own residential land modifying house which did the acquisition, the share is necessary more than 1/2.

 

 Sums of subsidy

 ・Sum of subsidy

   Sum equivalent to property tax for house modifying house which we acquired
   (but when we own residential land modifying target house
    Sum that we added sum equivalent to property tax for land which modified residential land to)
   ※Net total of subsidy to issue assumes 500,000 yen limit.

 ・Grant object period

   It is two years from the year when property tax of house was levied on house which we acquired

 

 Grant application method

 ・Grant application period

   Until the end of next fiscal year of the year when property tax of house was levied

 ・Documents necessary for application

   ※Have me issue each certificate within application period.

  1.It is common toward all to apply for

     ・Himi-shi house acquisition support subsidy grant application
     ・Himi-shi house acquisition support subsidy grant bill
     ・Property tax tax certificate
     ・Copying, alien registration original slip items mentioned certificate of resident's card of all the members of household
     ・City tax certificate for paid tax of all the members of household
     ・Entry certificate (only at the time of application of the first year) of building
     ・Entry certificate (only at the time of application of the first year) of land ※Only as for the landowner

   2.Subject requirements are of after "getting married with under 40 years old resident in the city less than five years"

     ・Copy of a person's family register (only at the time of application of the first year)

   3.Subject important matter is of after "living in the suburbs just before transference more than one year, and moving into less than one year"

     ・Copying of family register tag or copying (only at the time of application of the first year) of removed family register tag
