Himi-shi domiciliation house acquisition support subsidy

 Summary, contents

 When we build house for self to live in people of one living in the city by March 31, 2020 from April 1, 2016 younger than 40 years or transference or we purchase, we issue subsidy. 

 Requirements that are targeted for grant

 Subject requirements

1. City residence

  ・One younger than 40 years
  ・One that belongs to household where member of all households is not behind with city tax

2.One where it was moved into

  ・Which did not pass in one year after day when we moved into in the city, and did not live in the city just before the day when we moved into concerned a year
  ・One that belongs to household where member of all households is not behind with city tax

 ※ When we acquire house affecting joint ownership, owners more than 1/4 can apply for share (when there is not person that share to own is more than in 1/4, they can apply to one living in the house concerned for owning the greatest share among owners living in the house concerned.) . But we add share of person with living as one, and share is limited to one becoming more than 1/2.

  ※Child care household     Household where there is member of household where is lower than junior high student more than one

  ※Newly-married household      Household where couple is which does not pass in one year from day when we married

  ※It is fixed person medical care, care human resources newly nurse or person engaging in office in the city as care job and to engage

  

Example (1) of application

  ・When we get married, and couple in the 30s of half a year acquires house by new construction

     Basic supporting sum 300,000 yen

     Newly-married household +20 ten thousand Japanese yen

            Supporting sum 500,000 yen (a one-tenth upper limit of acquisition expense)

Example (2) of application

  ・When couple (care job) who moves into, and has child of primary schoolchild for half a year purchases existing home and begins living together in three generations

     Basic supporting sum     600,000 yen

     Child care household     +20 ten thousand Japanese yen

     Medical care human resources +20 ten thousand Japanese yen

Furthermore!

      It is targeted for the third generation living together, close residence encouragement subsidy!

     Supporting sum       300,000 yen

  The total          Assistance to up to 1,300,000 yen! (please refer for the details)

 Grant application method

  Grant application period

  Reckon from day (new construction day in the registration) when acquired house; and one year

  Documents necessary for application

   ・Documents (all the principles matter certificate) which all prove date of acquisition of matter certificate (register certified copy) or Others house of target house

 ・Documents (even as for the thing which the total sum can judge from plural documents, possible) which the total sum of new construction of house or acquisition expense was listed in, documents which prove the payment again

  (even as for the thing with entry of matter necessary for "construction price balance sheet" of attached file sealing of construction builder, possible)

 ・Family register tag (we correspond to 2 of subject requirements and have one's domicile by birth outside Himi-shi. Or we limit to thing which moved permanent address after less than one year before transference to Himi-shi or the transference in Himi-shi.)

 ・When there is to person who corresponds to addition requirements to publish on the face mentioned above, and is going to receive subsidy, we prove that we meet the requirements

 ・Any of the following documents

   ・Written consent about the handling of personal information

   ・Copy of resident's card of member of all households and certificate for paid tax of city tax or tax-free certificate
